Lemon Blueberry Scones

April 3, 2017 by amyvsfood Leave a Comment

Ever since a recent trip to Marlene’s Teas and Cakes for afternoon tea, I have been obsessed with scones. To me, they resemble a delicate sweet biscuit. Crumbly and moist, yet with a satisfyingly crunchy sugar top. These blueberry scones are made with a combination of whole wheat flour and all purpose flour.
