Easy Roasted Mushrooms

March 24, 2017 by amyvsfood Leave a Comment

Tossed all the mushrooms in a big bowl with a little bit of olive oil and Sauce Goddess Super Chunk Steakhouse Flavor seasoning (find it at Sprouts, Iowa Meats, or here ).

Stuffing-less Stuffed Mushrooms

November 15, 2016 by amyvsfood Leave a Comment

Thanksgiving sides are timeless, but every once in a while I like to update the classics. This stuffing-less stuffed mushroom recipe tastes just like stuffing, minus all the bread and butter. November 2, 2016 by amyvsfood Leave a Comment

This is a great recipe to have in your repertoire. I like to use this mayo it in place of store-bought options as the ingredients are simple, clean, and there are no added preservatives. I do like some store-bought brands, such as this one here, but the homemade version is much cheaper and tastes much better.
