These beef and pork sausage burgers are so flavorful and juicy. Perfect to top a salad or to sandwich between these homemade buttery brioche hamburger buns.
This is a go-to recipe in our house. They’re flavorful, quick and easy. I usually have mine on a bed of salad, but these patties also go well on your favorite buns (I used this recipe here from King Arthur Flour Flour).
I eat a lot of salad so I’m always trying to mix things up. A great way to to spruce up your boring old greens is to shred some of your veggies, and chop the rest. I like to add a variety of textures by shredding some raw beets and carrots, thinly sliced reddish and onion, and dicing up some cucumber. Serve with an easy homemade vinaigrette, and you have a full, satisfying meal.
